Clearing and Execution
We take pride in the rapid trade execution and sound clearing support we give our Introducing Brokers and their customers. IBs benefit from 24-hour telephone and/or electronic order placement, special desks with direct access into the trading pits, and designated brokers in many of the trading pits that fill orders exclusively for ADMIS Hong Kong Limited. In addition, our experienced, knowledgeable and courteous personnel in our Back Office provide excellent clearing and allocation services.

Telephone Order Entry
Introducing Brokers who choose to enter their orders by telephone can call our 24 hours dealing room in Hong Kong. These orders are executed immediately through our platform direct to the various pits and electronic platforms of the relevant futures exchange. Experienced professionals who staff these desks pride themselves on the superior way each order is executed and fill reported. ADMIS Hong Kong Limited management carefully selects filling brokers based on their ability and integrity.

Electronic Order Entry
Electronic orders are routed with speed and accuracy, and fills are often reported within seconds. An order placed on EDGE, our Internet-based electronic order entry system, routes directly from the user's computer to the trading floor or an electronic trading platform, such as ICE or GLOBEX. In more than 30 markets, ATrader orders route directly to the filling broker in the trading pit. Using ATrader offers many other benefits, including 24-hour trading access and marked-to-the-market account information. You can view all working, open, and filled orders, as well as open positions for single accounts or your entire customer base.

Clearing Support
ADM Investor Services, Inc. Back Office has earned the reputation of providing some of the finest customer service in the industry. In addition to the personal support given by experienced professionals, we also provide our brokers with a state-of-the-art software communication program called ADM Connect. Using ADM Connect, a broker has the ability to securely download timely, accurate information and reports via the Internet throughout the trading day. Brokers use ADM Connect to receive their daily equity run, daily and monthly statements, margin call and open order reports, and many other data files. In addition, users have access to a preliminary trade report listing all current daily trade information and cash activity.
